I've been teaching private and group yoga in east Cobb for over 18 years.
If you're invested in your personal growth, I'm committed to helping you become more flexible, strong, and balanced (in body, mind, and soul).
I was licensed in Integrative Yoga Therapy (IYT) 200-hour Yoga Alliance approved training in 2006, Certified as a 500-hour Professional Yoga Therapist in 2009, and have invested thousands of hours into Continuing Education, including: senior, trauma informed, and oncology specialties. My love for anatomy has led me to deep study, understanding, and integration.
I believe in the healing power of informed movement, proper nutrition, and sleep. Alongside understanding your own anatomy, these habits are the building blocks of longevity and a healthier lifestyle.
I have been so inspired learning about the Blue Zone areas in the world, where people are living healthier well into their later years. This is my personal goal for myself, and I'd love to have you on this journey with me.
Together we can achieve your greatest potential of wellness and vitality!
